Customer Advisor - Leave & Relief - Hobart Join to apply for the Customer Advisor - Leave & Relief - Hobart role at NAB. Full‑time position based in our Hobart Branch. 5 days per week, Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm. Leave & Relief position – it is essential that you can travel between Hobart, Glenorchy and Rosny to support our branches and customers covering planned and unplanned leave (mileage paid). Your home branch will be Hobart; however you will also be required to cover Glenorchy and Rosny branches, so a license and transport are essential. Mileage paid. In this role, you will Support our Hobart, Glenorchy and Rosny branches by being the first point of contact for our customers. Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions. Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date. Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure. Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
