Geelong Grammar School currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Admissions Officer to play a lead role supporting the Schools admissions and enrolment processes across all four campuses. The Senior Admissions Officer will work closely with the Admissions Manager to administer the Schools admissions and enrolment processes. This is a full‑time leave replacement role to commence 12 January 2026 until 18 December 2026. About the role The Senior Admissions Officer will: Deliver an exceptional customer experience for prospective families Support enrolment interviews with prospective families including scholarship interviews Conduct campus tours showcasing the School to prospective families Oversee administration tasks associated with the enrolment process including preparing correspondence and data entry Occasional weekend work About you This opportunity will suit an experienced admissions officer with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
