We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager to manage our internal network and systems and lead the key members on our existing team. You'll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. You'll also handle IT procurement, configuration, and documentation while staying updated on industry trends. Responsibilities Leadership & StrategyDefine and maintain the cloud infrastructure and DevOps roadmap (IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes / EKS, observability). Ensure DevSecOps practices are embedded in all delivery pipelines and cloud workflows. Align cloud operations with compliance and governance requirements (SOC2, ISO, Zero Trust). Drive FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend and resource efficiency. Team ManagementLead and mentor a distributed team of Cloud Infra & DevOps engineers. Develop skillsets across cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, and security tooling. Establish and oversee on‑call / rotation structures for 24/7 service reliability. Collaboration & GovernancePartner with the Security Team to translate policy and compliance needs into cloud guardrails. Collaborate with IT Operations to integrate SaaS, endpoint, and hybrid connectivity into infrastructure designs. Support Development and R&D teams with secure, standardized CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure templates. Operations OversightEnsure resilience, uptime, and scalability of global infrastructure environments. Oversee monitoring, logging, and incident response across all environments (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Kubernetes). Maintain a central observability strategy (Datadog, CloudWatch, CrowdStrike). Compliance & SecurityImplement IaC and CI/CD security controls (SAST, dependency scanning, secrets management, container scanning). Ensure infrastructure environments provide audit‑ready evidence for SOC2 / ISO. Partner with the Security Team to automate incident response workflows (e.g., workload isolation, log forwarding). Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or related fields. Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams across multiple regions. Strong technical expertise in AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus). Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, security automation, and cloud compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization. Desirable: Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and Cloudflare Zero Trust. Desirable: Hands‑on experience with container security, IaC scanning tools (Checkov, tfsec), and policy‑as‑code frameworks (OPA / Gatekeeper, Kyverno).
