About the Role Ready to reshape leadership and learning in a modern, fast-paced tech environment? This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement a strategic approach to leadership and capability development aligned with business priorities. Reporting to the Head of Talent and collaborating with COE and HR Business Partners, you will play a key role in defining leadership standards, designing career pathways, and embedding learning into the business fabric. The role combines strategic influence with practical program delivery, with scope to lead enterprise-wide capability initiatives leveraging global resources. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Capability Frameworks: Define and deliver leadership development strategies aligned with business goals. Co-create leadership capability frameworks. Career Pathways: Design and embed frameworks supporting long-term employee growth and job architecture alignment. Learning Strategy & Program Delivery: Manage existing programs and develop new learning strategies that are learner‑centric, agile, and scalable. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of frameworks and programs. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends. Measurement & Insights: Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, draw insights, and inform continuous improvement. About You You are hands‑on, collaborative, and experienced in dynamic environments. You bring innovative ideas, energy, and the ability to transform concepts into impactful programs that enhance capabilities and performance. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in developing leadership and learning strategies, capability frameworks, and program delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across functions and levels. Comfortable working in fast‑paced, agile environments with a strategic and hands‑on approach. Commercial acumen and data fluency to evaluate and improve programs. Experience with digital learning platforms.
