Leadership and Development Manager Alfred Health – The Alfred, a major health service provider in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne. This role will continue to uplift the capability of our leaders by designing and delivering a range of leadership, coaching, and career development initiatives at Alfred Health. Responsibilities Design, deliver and evaluate leadership programs across all levels. Lead career development initiatives aligned with employee experience insights. Partner across People & Culture and operational teams to embed our Leadership Capability Framework. Oversee coaching programs and leadership events. Lead and inspire high‑performing teams. Qualifications – Essential Tertiary qualification in organisational psychology, education, learning & development, or related field. Extensive experience in leadership and career development, including capability frameworks. Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise‑level leadership programs. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver practical, outcomes‑focused learning initiatives. Qualifications – Desirable Experience in the public health or healthcare sector. Coaching certification. Benefits Salary packaging & novated leasing through Maxxia.
