Finance & Administration Manager

The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, Executive team and working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, administration, and compliance. You’ll ensure the business runs smoothly and remains financially strong — while supporting strategic decision‑making through accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a growing business and wants to help shape its future direction. Key Responsibilities Finance & Reporting Manage cash flow, forecasting, financial reporting and planning to ensure ongoing stability and growth. Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow). Lead the budgeting process, monitoring performance and advising the Leadership Team on variances. Manage payroll, taxation, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide financial insights and key metrics to support strategic decisions. Administration & Governance Develop and improve administrative systems and processes to support efficient operations. Oversee office administration and recordkeeping, ensuring documentation and compliance standards are met. Ensure effective internal controls and proper documentation across all financial and administrative functions. Leadership & Strategic Support Partner with the General Manager, Executive team and Leadership Team to provide accurate data and actionable insights. Participate in leadership meetings, helping identify, discuss, and solve business challenges. Take ownership of key finance and admin projects ("Rocks") that drive improvement and growth each quarter. What You’ll Bring Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA preferred). Proven experience in finance and administration management. Strong understanding of financial analysis, compliance, and reporting. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Experience using Odoo ERP or similar systems is advantageous but not essential.
