About the role Perth Airport is undergoing an exciting evolution, and we need a passionate Ground Transport Project Coordinator to help shape the future of travel in Western Australia. Offered as a fixed term contract, you’ll play a key part in delivering the suite of new premiumisation projects and the T3/T4 Forecourt Management System, ensuring a seamless customer experience during construction and launch phases. Your focus is to drive exceptional customer satisfaction and boost ASQ performance as you help shape the future of ground transport. You will lead strategic initiatives that unlock new and existing business opportunities, deliver incremental revenue through innovative projects, and ensure every customer experience remains seamless during construction phases along with the following: Implement and maintain product strategies and standards that maximise customer satisfaction and commercial returns. Contribute to the Ground Transport business plan, ensuring seamless project coordination and an optimised customer journey. Manage contractor performance and compliance, defining robust service strategies throughout construction works. Collaborate with the Project Manager and OSH team to identify and mitigate risks using the PAPL Risk Management Framework. Optimise project delivery programs to minimise revenue loss and disruption. Partner with Customer Experience and Marketing teams to design and implement signage and wayfinding solutions. Support communications teams in responding to customer queries and complaints during project phases. Assist with negotiations and commercially driven outcomes with third parties impacted by works. Proactively plan and communicate with stakeholders to minimise disruption and maximise revenue during forecourt and car park works. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of Ground Transport initiatives. About you Minimum 2 years’ experience in a ground transport environment Proven experience of project delivery and coordination in an airport environment Experience in the origination, development and execution of business improvement initiatives Business case development including scoping and/or feasibility studies Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates integrity and reliability by meeting commitments, earning trust, and instilling confidence.
