This is an exciting opportunity to join Aurora Project Group, a commercial fit‑out and refurbishment builder based in East Perth. What you’ll be doing Project & Contract Administration Assisting Project Managers and CAs with all aspects of contract administration Preparing and coordinating contract documents, purchase orders, approvals and project paperwork Maintaining accurate project records, budgets, registers and communication logs Assisting with tender submissions and gathering documentation Project Coordination Managing internal and external communication across the project team Tracking project schedules, milestones and deadlines Coordinating document control, drawings and revisions Organising meetings, preparing minutes and assisting with PCG requirements Financial & Site Support Processing invoices and claims Preparing variations and maintaining budget documentation Supporting Project Managers and Site Managers with QA, OHS and site documentation General Support Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the broader project delivery team Being the central communicator ensuring smooth workflow across multiple stakeholders Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or a related field (preferred) 1–2 years’ experience in a project coordination or contracts admin role – construction experience ideal Knowledge of construction contracts, terminology and industry processes Strong organisation, time management and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High accuracy and attention to detail Strong computer literacy (MS Office, project software, document control tools) Proactive mindset, initiative and solid problem‑solving skills Ability to work both independently and within a team A positive attitude and a sense of humour What we offer We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and a range of benefits including health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and ongoing training and development.
