As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering maintenance projects across various mining sites. About the Role: As a Project Coordinator , you will assist in the coordination and administration of projects , ensuring that schedules, resources, and deliverables align with company and client expectations. You will play a key role in supporting project planning, reporting, procurement, and communication , ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a structured environment and is looking to develop their career in project management within the mining sector . Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance and shutdown projects. Coordinate and track project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution. Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to provide project updates and status reports. Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, procurement records, and compliance reports. Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and procurement coordination . Ensure safety and quality compliance across all project phases. Identify project risks and support problem-solving and resolution efforts . About You: Previous experience as a Project Coordinator , Site Administrator , or similar role in mining, maintenance, or industrial services . Strong organisational and time-management skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
