We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Project Coordinator who wants to learn, grow and be an integral part of a friendly, close-knit team. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and Contract Administrators across a diverse range of projects from commercial office fit-outs to hospitality, retail, healthcare, education and aged care. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and communication, and wants genuine career progression within the construction industry. What you'll be doing Project & Contract Administration Assisting Project Managers and CAs with all aspects of contract administration Preparing and coordinating contract documents, purchase orders, approvals and project paperwork Maintaining accurate project records, budgets, registers and communication logs Assisting with tender submissions and gathering documentation Project Coordination Managing internal and external communication across your project team Tracking project schedules, milestones and deadlines Coordinating document control, drawings and revisions Organising meetings, preparing minutes and assisting with PCG requirements Processing invoices and claims Preparing variations and maintaining budget documentation Supporting Project Managers and Site Managers with QA, OHS and site documentation General Support Providing day-to-day administrative support to the broader project delivery team Being the central communicator ensuring smooth workflow across multiple stakeholders What we offer At Aurora Project Group, we are committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our employees.
