About the Team As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team focuses on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles worldwide. We're proud to support both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms and work together to build the trusted future. Key Responsibilities Oversee storage, acceptance and flow management activities. Ensure compliance with time, cost, and quality performance, driving continuous improvement. Enforce Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards. Act as functional manager of staff within the area, defining processes, developing the team and supporting the Autonomous Production and / or Repair Unit (APRU) and wider teams. YOUR EXPERIENCE Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics management and warehouse team management. Ability to supervise the day-to-day operation of the Eagle Farm parts and materials warehouse, establishing efficient and robust inventory management processes using the ERP system. Experience receiving incoming materials, organising local and export shipments and handling supplier materials. Experience building an efficient and accurate inventory management process, including local freight, import and export logistics. Customer service focused, process and task completion oriented with strong time-management skills.
