Central location - Pitt St, CBD with flexible hybrid working arrangements Thrive in a values‑led, inclusive and supportive environment About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Project Horizon , our Synod HRIS implementation (HR and Payroll). Reporting to the Project Manager, this is a hands‑on role providing end‑to‑end project support, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are engaged. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project plans, tracking dependencies and milestones Coordinate UAT and oversee defect resolution Document and escape decisions, actions, issues, and risks Manage change requests and ensure compliance and invoicing accuracy Monitor project costs and vendor payments Facilitate meetings and track follow‑up actions Maintain governance records and project documentation Draft stakeholder communications, reports, and presentations Support training coordination and change communication plans Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency About You You’ll bring at least two years’ experience in a Project Coordinator role, with strong technical proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, MS Project) and intermediate MS Office skills. You’re adaptable, collaborative, and confident in managing competing priorities. You’ll also demonstrate: Strong risk and issue management capabilities Financial awareness and budget tracking experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality A genuine willingness to embrace challenges and contribute to shared goals A preparedness to work within the ethos of the Uniting Church in Australia.
