We really appreciate availability across the whole week, and we're committed to supporting a healthy work‑life balance What do we need from you? 2‑3 year’s experience as a Baker, in particular viennoiserie & dough lamination Ideally experience working in a Production Kitchen Team player with a positive attitude. Passionate about customer experience and product quality. Commitment to food safety. Ability to deal with the repetitive nature of a high‑volume, fast‑paced production kitchen and maintain the highest quality and service standards. A Bit About Us Black Star Pastry started as a boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008 and has since grown into an established and loved brand. Our claim to fame is the Strawberry Watermelon Cake, a dessert that has taken social media by storm and earned recognition from the New York Times as "the world's most Instagrammed cake".
