You’ll ensure each individual has the best day possible by supporting their independence, dignity, and well‑being in line with their care plans and personal goals. Temporary role – Parental leave cover Week 1 – 7 am to 2 pm on Friday, Monday and Tuesday Week 2 – 2 pm to 8 pm on Friday and Sunday, 7 am to 2 pm on Monday and Tuesday What You'll Be Doing Provide personal care, mobility support, social engagement, and medication assistance. Promote independence and wellness through goal‑directed care. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold client confidentiality. Ensure a clean, safe, and homely environment for all clients. Support continuous improvement and uphold Aged Care Quality Standards. Qualifications and Experience Minimum qualification: Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing). Experience in aged care and personal care delivery. Ability to work independently and handle manual tasks safely. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
