Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support case work while the incumbent is on maternity leave. Your new role will see you supporting the end to end case management of high risk and complex cases. By providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders you will ensure workplace policies are complied to. Ideally you will have proven experience in workplace relations and employment law and be comfortable interpreting the Fair Work Act. Skills and Experience: Extensive experience managing high-risk workplace investigations and complex employee relations cases Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), discrimination law, workplace health and safety legislation, and case law Proven ability to manage a large and varied caseload Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders Our client is offering an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend. Offices are based in Melbourne's inner suburbs with a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
