We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our technology team and help drive transformation. As an IT Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our business transformation initiatives by analysing current processes, gathering detailed requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver future-state solutions. You'll act as the bridge between business needs and technical teams – ensuring our systems and processes work seamlessly to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Gather and elicit business requirements through workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis. Develop detailed business requirements documents to capture current and future business needs. Perform impact assessments to facilitate gap and future state analysis for people, processes, and systems. Analyse process, data, and documentation to extract business-relevant conclusions and inform decision‑making. Design, create, and update business process maps, ensuring alignment with agreed frameworks. Collaborate with senior management, subject‑matter experts, and architects to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Key Capabilities Experience as a Business Analyst in a retail environment. Strong understanding of retail concepts and systems such as POS, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and eCommerce platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering value.
