In the Inclusive Employment Australia program you'll play a key role in supporting Area Managers to strengthen service delivery, enhance team capability, and drive performance across multiple sites. Internally this role is called Regional Performance and Operational Specialist. This position will provide support across the following ESAs : Geelong VIC, Hampden VIC, Westgate VIC, Yarra VIC. Your Key Responsibilities will include : Supporting Area Managers in identifying and addressing regional performance gaps Upskilling and mentoring teams to build capability and promote best practice Reviewing compliance obligations and assisting in internal auditing processes Driving accountability and achievement of performance metrics in line with contract benchmarks Supporting the onboarding and induction of new team members Collaborating with leaders on data analysis and contributing to performance strategy Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Maintaining and developing strong knowledge of program requirements and internal procedures Experience and Qualifications Minimum qualification at VET Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree level or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a frontline or leadership role within Employment Services Current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport as some travel between sites is required Demonstrated history of achieving performance outcomes Benefits We pay above award rates – because your time and talent are worth more Performance bonus scheme based on meeting benchmarks Birthday leave – celebrate your special day with a paid day off every year Additional leave – enjoy an extra week off each year after 3 years of service Ongoing learning and development – access programs & study assistance to grow your skills and career Recognition that means something – be celebrated through monthly awards and our annual team awards program Organisation Details Sureway Employment and Training lead the industry in Workforce Australia Employment Services and services to those with Disability.
