About the Opportunity As a Research Project Support Officer you will coordinate and support multiple concurrent clinical and investigator‑initiated research projects, contributing to ground‑breaking research that directly impacts patient care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your research career within one of NSW’s most dynamic healthcare research environments. What You’ll Do Coordinate research projects from ethics submissions through to data collection, analysis, and reporting. Assist with research documentation, governance applications, and financial management within clinical trials. Collaborate with clinicians, research partners, and sponsors to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate records, protect participant confidentiality, and contribute to continuous process improvement. About the Team You will work in a supportive, collaborative team of medical officers, physicians, and research staff within the ARU. The environment values teamwork, learning, and integrity. About You Experience in health‑related research or clinical trials and a sound understanding of research protocols. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable navigating challenges. Effective collaborator and able to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all aspects of work. Experience in financial management within clinical trials is highly regarded. Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, research databases (Medline, PubMed, Embase), Redcap, and clinical trial management systems (Advarra CTMS or NSW Health CTMS). Strong data collection, secure data management, and basic statistical analysis skills. We Offer Monthly allocated day off (ADO) for full‑time employees.
