This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career - someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and wants hands-on experience across CRM management, digital marketing support, customer communication, and campaign coordination. We offer both part-time and full-time options. About the Role Working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, maintain CRM accuracy, respond to customer enquiries, and assist in preparing marketing resources and collateral. You'll become a valued member of a supportive team, gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing activities while helping strengthen our customer experience and brand presence. Key Responsibilities CRM & Database Management Maintain and update the SAP CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information Make outbound calls to validate CRM contact details Enter website enquiries and correctly allocate to the appropriate territory Conduct regular data-quality checks Assist with direct marketing initiatives, including mailouts and database campaigns Marketing & Campaign Support Prepare, collate, and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, product guides and presentations Support digital marketing activities including content drafts and basic website updates Assist in the development of marketing collateral that supports sales objectives Maintain strong product understanding to support campaign accuracy Act as the first point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries Communicate customer needs to the Sales and Marketing teams Respond to enquiries within agreed timelines (typically within 1 business day) Team & Organisational Contribution Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture Assist with minute-taking, meeting support, and general administrative duties Uphold OH&S and company policies Participate in professional development, training and performance discussions About You You'll be a great fit if you have: A marketing or business qualification (or currently studying) A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is required for this position Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Basic understanding of marketing principles Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP desirable) Interest or experience in digital tools such as CMS or email marketing platforms Ability to multitask, prioritise and work to deadlines A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and openness to feedback Australian work rights are required for this position Why Join Kinder Australia?
