Client Manager National (Construction) Join the Construction Industry Practice Group (IPG), the first practice group of its kind to span all of Aon. A growth Client Segment within Aon Risk Solutions specializes in providing exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of construction and contractor‑related organisations on both an annual and project‑specific basis. As a hybrid role, you will work up to two days a week virtually and the remainder from our Aon Sydney office. What The Day Will Look Like Managing key clients within the construction portfolio Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management Providing technical advice to clients in the broader National team that have a specific construction need Contributing to the strategic direction of the Construction IPG Managing daily client enquiries related to the management of their risk and insurance programmes, including claims Identifying development opportunities for the portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions Achieving budgeted revenue for retention and growth on existing and new business Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations, calculating premiums, binding covers, and preparing invoices and follow‑up documentation with clients Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for clients Providing mentorship to support staff How This Opportunity Is Different We are a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
