Roster: 14D14R – FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra. With the potential requirement to work night shifts during shutdowns. We are currently seeking a Fixed Plant Structural Supervisor to join our new and high performing structural execution team at Christmas Creek. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising a team of fabricators and trade assistants to execute tasks safely and within a compliant standard. Key Responsibilities Ensure team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives Adhere to skills training matrix for self and direct reports Conduct field interactions and complete incident investigations in BMS Identify, develop and publish SWI’s Maintain Fixed Plant budget and safety performance, ensuring targets are met Ensure all tasks are completed to a safe, high and compliant standard Qualifications and Experience Fabrication trade background and or engineering qualification - essential Fixed plant experience or construction background – essential Previous experience in a leadership position Mining sector experience - desirable Strong focus on safety Good understanding of structural compliance standards Demonstrated teamwork and continuous improvement aptitude About Us Be part of something big.
