What You’ll Do: Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments Deliver exceptional customer service to rental enquiries Conduct routine, entry, exit, and open home inspections Build and nurture strong tenant relationships through clear, consistent communication Support leasing processes and property handovers Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted trades Utilise Console Cloud to manage your portfolio efficiently Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Current QLD Property Management Registration Class 2 licence Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Solid understanding of property legislation and industry best practice A proactive, team-oriented attitude Availability for limited Saturday work (as required) Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
