As part of our strategic investment in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and data infrastructure, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Martech & Audience team. In this role, you’ll provide technical oversight and support for automated campaigns within our CRM platforms, including Adobe Campaign Classic , delivering personalised, multi‑channel campaigns that drive customer engagement. You’ll also play a key role in integrating cutting‑edge customer data technologies, implementing automation frameworks, and providing guidance to marketing teams. What You’ll Do Support the end‑to‑end execution of personalised, multi‑channel campaigns from build to testing and deployment. Design, develop, and optimise automated workflows, triggers, and customer journeys. Including assisting with creating personalised email templates using HTML and dynamic content. Manage data integration processes and initiatives, including consent management. Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure accurate, timely campaign delivery. Provide training, guidance, and documentation for marketing teams to maximise platform usage. Support platform updates and changes. Stay current with CRM technologies, marketing automation tools, and industry best practices. This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office. About you What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in marketing automation, with hands‑on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic essential. Strong understanding of automation principles, workflow design, and data integration. Experience creating automation journeys with dynamic content and cross‑functional collaboration. Experience managing data automation from data sources into the automation platform. Proficiency in SQL, HTML, JavaScript , APIs and project management tools such as Jira and MondaySelf‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications preferred; CRM/automation certifications a plus. Experience in retail or franchise environments is highly regarded but not essential.
