Marketing Automation Specialist

The gig: We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing automation specialist to join our Digital Experience team. You will have access to world-leading tools and the wider digital team which specialises in data analytics, web dev, media, social, web and email marketing. What will be your responsibilities? Setting up, scoping and managing marketing automation programs, emails, landing pages and campaigns Investigate integrations between client’s martech tools Analyse and optimise these programs Investigate errors and work with the team to find solutions Assist in integrating automation for social, web, SEO and online advertising Prepare reports, often using a real-time data visualisation platform for data and cross-channel reporting Assist in preparing process flows (e.g. nurture or lead scoring journeys) Working with account teams to understand the big picture so as to play your part What skills and experience will you bring to the table? 2+ years’ experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms, ideally Marketo, Hubspot and/or Pardot Digital/automation certifications are a bonus Strong attention to detail Confident and clear communicator (able to ‘dumb down’ tech when needed) Passion for all things digital An interest in martech - you will get exposure to some of the world's leading martech platform Ambition - we aim to delight our clients every day and this means staying ahead of the martech game We are Australia’s largest B2B agency.
