Customer Experience Representative (VIC) Matrix Education is now hiring casual Customer Experience Representatives for our Box Hill campus. We are now hiring casual Customer Experience Representatives to join our team at Box Hill, Melbourne . As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all Melbourne Matrix parents and students in person, over the phone and online. You will manage the day to day operations of the Box Hill campus and provide enrolment advisory, service and support to the students, parents and staff members. The working days for this role are Mon, Sat and Sun . Full on-the-job training and support is provided. What you’ll do… Day to day operational management of the Box Hill campus. Responding to inbound telephone, email and face to face enquiries. Making outbound sales and engagement calls. Ownership of end to end enrolment management, from trial lessons, enrolment to retention. Management of customer profiles and enrolments on the CRM. Delivery of internal communications at the campus level. Providing support to staff and students on site. What you’ll need… Minimum one year experience in Customer Service, Administration, Retail or Sales. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, polite and professional approach. Ease in being proactive and asking for a sale, and well as negotiating and solving problems with prospective customers when you hear ‘no’. Keen attention to detail when documenting and entering information. Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods. Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven. Knowledge and experience of the VCE is not essential, but will be highly regarded for providing advisory expertise.
