Multi-modality setup with brand new machines and equipment including MRI, US, X-ray, CT, OPG and Dexa services. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Warmly welcome patients, schedule appointments and handle registrations efficiently. Communication: Address patient inquiries courteously and promptly, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure smooth clinic operations and maintain accurate patient records. Billing Support: Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks to facilitate seamless financial transactions. Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient and colleague interactions. Organisational Skills: Demonstrate multi-tasking and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in radiology medical reception or customer service is preferred.
