About the Role As a key member of our Medical Centre team, you will help ensure every patient enjoys a smooth, professional, and caring experience. Your day will include: Managing reception and administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy. Handling patient enquiries via phone and email with empathy and professionalism. Coordinating bookings, billing, and medical records. Supporting clinicians and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient care. About You You are a positive, self-motivated individual who brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction. You will take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with a genuine passion for patient care. You’ll bring: Experience in a medical reception or administrative role. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred). Experience with Genie or BlueChip software and Medicare/HICAPS billing (desirable).
