Key Responsibilities: Support high-quality educational programs alongside our Kindergarten Teacher Assist with daily routines, activities and learning experiences Build positive relationships with children, families and staff Maintain a safe, welcoming environment that reflects our centre philosophy Participate in staff meetings, professional development and planning What You'll Need: Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate 3. Experience working with young children A "can-do" attitude and good work ethic Strong team player with excellent communication skills Current Working with Children Check Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Management certificates Commitment to child safety and quality early childhood practices Additional Duties Include: Administrative support and policy implementation Contributing to our Reconciliation Action Plan Supporting the volunteer Committee of Management Participating in quality assurance programs Ready to Make a Difference?
