Proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs with a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Prior leadership experience mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation. An ACECQA‑approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to study towards a Diploma within 3 months of commencement. Current and state‐relevant Working with Children’s Check. Current Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain upon commencement. Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid certificates, or willingness to obtain.
