Lead Educator – Green Leaves Early Learning At Green Leaves Early Learning we are seeking a passionate Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of educators to excellence. As a Lead Educator, you will access: National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) perspective partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, cultural pedagogy, nutrition, wellbeing, inclusion, sustainability, the arts, and documentation. The Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren). The ‘Learning Leaves’ documentation training delivered by our pedagogy partner. On‑call and online access to our inclusion mentoring team led by Robyn Papworth. The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS). Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation. An ACECQA‑approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement). A current and State‑relevant Working with Children’s Check. Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement). Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
