About therole: We areseeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to providetechnical IT assistance and support to all users across all ISGroup entities.Support involves interaction with users via telephone, messages, and email, andincludes first level support for all hardware computer and mobile devices, aswell as first level support for all software and applications deployed acrossall sites and entities. Key responsibilities: ProvidingLevel 1 and Level 2 support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and softwareissues Developmentand management of Computer SOE images Support ofMS Azure and O365 Services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office) Support ofMS Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) 1st levelFirewall Security Protection (FortiCloud), and Advanced Threat Protection(Darktrace) Managementof ad-hoc data recoveries and restores Ensuring allsupport activities have valid support tickets, are logged within ConnectWiseHelp Desk application, and adhere to Help Desk service level agreements Managementof desktop Windows operating systems inclusive of support and upgrades Assisting inthe installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications We areseeking someone with: Provenexperience in a helpdesk or technical support role Soundoperational experience in an IT Support role Ability towork autonomously, and in a team environment Stronginterpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff and management Strongknowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite Basicunderstanding of networking concepts Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills Keyrequirements: Diploma or Cert IV certification inrelated field What weoffer: Being avalued member of the ISGroup means you will be given an opportunity to make animpact on the group of companies during a time of growth and expansion We rewardwith a friendly, down-to-earth working environment, professional growth anddevelopment, competitive remuneration, flexibility, as well as an attractivesuite of employee benefits and discounts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
