What You’ll Be Doing Lead end‑to‑end case management and conduct fair, impartial workplace investigations. Prepare clear, evidence‑based investigation reports with sound findings and recommendations. Coach leaders on performance, conduct, PIPs, and best‑practice ER approaches. Provide compliant, risk‑aware advice aligned with the Fair Work Act, Awards, NES and internal policies. Build ER capability across the organisation and contribute to policies, training, and IR collaboration. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in HR, Law, IR, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in Employment / Industrial Relations, HR Business Partnering, or similar – ideally in a complex, multi‑stakeholder or unionised environment. Strong working knowledge of Australian workplace relations legislation, Modern Awards and enterprise agreements. Experience in (or willingness to develop) advocacy skills for industrial tribunals such as the Fair Work Commission or QIRC. A calm, methodical approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Sector experience in disability, aged care, or health is highly regarded. Ready to Apply?
