Loader/Carousel Workers - Buchanan Pace Farm – an egg producer based in Buchanan NSW. Since the 1970s, we have grown into one of Australia’s largest egg producers, delivering the freshest and tastiest eggs nationwide. About the Role We are looking for reliable and motivated Process Workers to work on our Carousel within the grading facility at Buchanan Farm. The role is located 35 minutes from Newcastle and 15 minutes from Maitland. Ongoing work with an immediate start. Responsibilities: Loading ungraded stacks of eggs onto the infeed belt on a loader. Removing boxes of finished products from the carousel and stacking onto pallets. Emptying trays from the tray return. Working at a fast pace. Performing repetitive tasks. Standing, bending and lifting for long periods. Schedule & Compensation Monday to Saturday, 7:15 AM start until 5:00 PM. Shift times may change; we are looking for flexible workers. Location: Buchanan, NSW. Salary: $31.61 per hour (+ penalty rates) depending on experience. About You You are physically fit and energetic, thrive in a hands‑on and fast‑paced environment, and take pride in your work. A strong work ethic and good communication skills help you succeed. You are reliable, safety‑conscious, and committed to working as part of a team. Requirements Previous experience working in a packing/production environment. Used to working at a fast pace in a high‑pressure setting. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting loads. Clear communication skills, both independently and as part of a team. Adherence to OH&S policies and company procedures. A pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening, is required before you begin. A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
