About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses in our Acute Stroke Unit / Acute Medical Unit. Ward 4A is a 32 bed private ward consisting of 6 dedicated stroke unit beds and 26 general medical beds. 4A is fast‑paced and an exciting place to work. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, dynamic team of dedicated nurses and multidisciplinary teams, providing quality, evidence‑based care. Experience and qualifications Registered Nurse with AHPRA Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent Minimum 3 years in an acute hospital setting experience is essential Sound clinical decision‑making and problem‑solving skills Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement Self‑motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team Passion for delivering quality patient‑centred care Flexibility with shift allocations and the commitment to work a rotating roster (12‑hr and 8‑hr shifts) Benefits on offer Discounted onsite parking Discounted gym memberships State‑of‑the‑art working environment utilising EMR and MEDCHART systems Employee Assistance Programs Salary packaging for novated lease Being part of a dynamic and patient focused team Bulk billing services for employees and immediate family members To Apply Please click the “Apply” button to be taken to the online application form. If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant experience against the current Healthscope, NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives’ ‘Enterprise Agreement 2024–2027’, ranging from $41.21–$54.89 per hour.
