Do you thrive in a dynamic, international environment where luxury standards guide every decision? As Retail Operations Consultant, you will join the Retail Development team in Kongens Lyngby. In this role, you will ensure brand and operational excellence across assigned markets by ensuring brand compliance, optimizing retail processes, and delivering actionable performance insights. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and markets to uphold Bang & Olufsen’s luxury standards. Key Responsibilities Brand Compliance & Governance Co-lead the Brand Compliance Program, including project management, follow-ups with markets and criteria owners, and corrective action planning. Efficiently manage assigned markets, ensuring alignment with the global retail strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational execution and performance tracking in these regions. Performance Analysis & Reporting Secure timely input from markets and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. Analyze store performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Present insights to Retail Leadership and contribute to strategic planning. Conduct quarterly reporting to provide feedback to markets and stores. Retail Guidelines & Process Optimization Manage updates to Retail Guidelines and manuals in collaboration with relevant teams. Identify operational inefficiencies and manage the end-to-end improvement process, including defining solutions, managing implementation projects, and ensuring complete adoption across markets. Maintain and evolve the Retail SharePoint site as a central hub for guidelines and tools. What You Bring You are structured and proactive with a keen sense of ownership, bringing a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across functions. You are detail-oriented and focused on delivering high‑quality outcomes, with a continuous‑improvement mindset and a practical approach to store engagement. Minimum 5 years in Retail Operations, preferably within luxury or premium retail. Extensive experience managing multiple markets and working across cultures and time zones. Effective analytical and project management skills. Familiarity with retail systems and compliance frameworks. Proficient communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Excel.
