We have branches located in WA, NSW, VIC and Qld, and are part of a global organisation. We are seeking a proactive Finance Officer to join our team in a hands‑on role with a focus on the Accounts Payable function but able to cover Accounts Receivable (AR), Inventory management and payroll. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is detail‑oriented, and can handle end‑to‑end finance tasks across multiple areas. Based in our office in Wangara WA, and working with a small but growing office team, this role offers a broad range of exposure and will report to the Australian Controller. The role will incorporate a diverse range of responsibilities focusing on: Accounts payable – accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices. Assist in the management of Inventory. Support month‑end close process. Maintain the fixed asset register. Assist with general admin and other accounting functions as required. Payroll admin support. To be successful in this role, ideally, you will have: Experience in general finance roles (multi‑tasking ability is key). Hands‑on approach – comfortable managing daily transactions and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (medium to expert level). Team player with good communication skills. Experience using Avontus Quantify and Kinetic would be advantageous. This role is ideal for someone with solid finance experience who enjoys working across different functions, and is able to work with a more manual work load, rather than full flow AI processing. While we value experience, this is not a senior‑level role, and we encourage candidates with a hands‑on, practical mindset to apply.
