Who You Are 1+ year of outbound phone‑based sales (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales) – agency or SaaS is a big plus. Confident communicator – you know how to turn conversations into commitments. Driven to close and grow – not just to book, but to progress. Coachable and competitive – you want feedback and you want to win. Works well under pressure – this is a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. You don’t coast – you chase targets and you hit them.
