Research & Engagement Manager – HR Business Partner (Northern Region) (She / Her) About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources and partnering closely with the GM Northern Region, you'll provide HR leadership across seven sites in the Northern Region. Based in Ingleburn, this hybrid role requires you to work four days a week at the Ingleburn site and undertake monthly day trips to other sites for visibility and support. Key Responsibilities Partner with regional and site leaders to build leadership capability and drive people performance. Lead day‑to‑day HR delivery: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment. Support business transformation, change management, and culture initiatives. Coach operational leaders and frontline managers on people management practices. Engage with EBAs and IR matters as required, with support from the GM HR. Qualifications & Skills Proven HR experience in manufacturing, logistics or blue‑collar industries. Ability to build trust and credibility across varied stakeholder groups. Practical knowledge of employee relations, performance and workforce development. Exposure to EBA processes or unionised environments. Energy, initiative, and a focus on outcomes. Willingness to travel for monthly site visits (single‑day trips). Why This Role?
