Fat Shack Vintage is an Australian family owned, leading online retailer of lighting based in Cheltenham, Victoria. We are a well-established eCommerce business that designs and manufactures on-trend, quality, vintage styled lighting available for delivery Australia wide. We are on the search for an eCommerce Coordinator with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Working alongside the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for helping to maintain an efficient and functional online catalogue of products. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday. We can also consider a part time arrangement for the right candidate. The role is required to be performed in the office with no option for work at home arrangements. Attractive salary on offer in line with your level of experience. The Role Writing product descriptions and setting up products in our ERP system and Shopify. Manage product publishing to the website, ensuring information is accurate and best-possible imagery is used. Maintain product pricing on the site in line with margins and the promotional calendar. Manage set up and execution of promotional activity onsite. Regularly check the website to ensure product descriptions are clear, consistent and in line with expectations. Management of the ‘out of stock’ product database to ensure that the website listings are kept current to stock availability. Ensure that discontinued / end of line products are phased out of the website. Drive sales, conversion and revenue by effectively merchandising products to help customers navigate to the right products quickly and easily. Analyse ecommerce data to make merchandising decisions and increase sales online. Undertake project tasks or other ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed. The Person Demonstrated experience in an administration focused role, preferably withineCommerce. Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills. Experience with Shopify and Netsuite (ERP) highly regarded. An understanding of key eCommerce metrics. Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude, be honest, committed, reliable and punctual with a strong professional work ethic.
