Job Title: Level 1 IT Support Helpdesk Engineer (On Site) Company: Setup4 Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Salary: $68,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year (inc. Super) Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMB, education, government, and nonprofit sectors. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships. Qualify potential clients, analyse their IT challenges, and propose relevant solutions. Client Relationship Management Develop strong, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients during the sales cycle. Proposal & Presentation Prepare professional proposals, quotes, and scopes of work for managed services and IT projects. Present tailored technology solutions with a clear focus on value, security, and business outcomes. Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are accurate and feasible. Contribute to sales and marketing strategies to support Setup4’s business growth. Maintain accurate CRM entries, pipeline updates, and weekly/monthly sales reports. Research market trends and identify potential service expansion or competitive advantages. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within an MSP or IT services environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, IT support, and modern workplace solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets. Comfortable translating technical solutions into business value. Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a small onsite team. Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience using HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales automation. Experience selling Microsoft cloud services (M365, Azure, Business Central, Power Apps). Familiarity with government, education, or nonprofit procurement requirements.
