Were looking for a Senior Sales Engineer who thrives on building relationships solving complex challenges and driving growth in the Protein Food & Beverage sector. The role Own your territory : Full responsibility for revenue and growth in your segment. Be the expert : Work with cutting-edge technologies like High-Speed Separators Decanter Centrifuges and Membranes. Make an impact : Help customers improve efficiency sustainability and profitability. Grow with us : Access world-class training career development and a supportive team culture. What Youll Do Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals. Identify and convert opportunities into profitable business. Build strong relationships with end customers consultants and contractors. Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals. Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting. Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs. What Were Looking For 7 12 years in a sales role ideally in industrial equipment or process technology. Experience with High-Speed Separators and / or Decanter Centrifuges is highly regarded. Strong technical aptitude negotiation skills and a proven track record in business growth. Comfortable using CRM and digital tools. Whats in It for You Competitive base salary performance bonus.
