We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer who thrives on building relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving growth in the Protein, Food & Beverage sector. The role Own your territory: Full responsibility for revenue and growth in your segment. Be the expert: Work with cutting‑edge technologies like High‑Speed Separators, Decanter Centrifuges, and Membranes. Make an impact: Help customers improve efficiency, sustainability, and profitability. Grow with us: Access world‑class training, career development, and a supportive team culture. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals. Identify and convert opportunities into profitable business. Build strong relationships with end customers, consultants, and contractors. Prepare and negotiate value‑driven proposals. Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting. Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs. What We’re Looking For 7–12 years in a sales role, ideally in industrial equipment or process technology. Experience with High‑Speed Separators and/or Decanter Centrifuges is highly regarded. Strong technical aptitude, negotiation skills, and a proven track‑record in business growth.
