About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, people‑focused Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team and help MuraConnect run smoothly. This role blends administrative expertise with a focus on culture, process improvement, and excellent service for candidates, contractors, and internal teams. Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, you’ll also provide ad‑hoc support across the business as needed. What You’ll Do Act as the go‑to support for recruiters: manage candidate submissions, track applications, update the CRM, and conduct reference checks. Prepare job application packs, proofread and post job ads, and provide general recruitment support. Coordinate calendars and interviews for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. Administer contractor onboarding, contracts, payroll setup, and compliance. Monitor contractor management, contract renewals, and contractor care initiatives. Support daily office operations, shared inboxes, calls, and internal/external enquiries. Assist in planning team events, wellness activities, and initiatives that foster engagement. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and candidate experience. Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Confident in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and managing shared inboxes. Positive, solutions‑focused attitude with a collaborative mindset. Desirable Experience Recruitment, HR, administration, or coordination experience. Familiarity with CRMs, DocuSign, pre‑employment checks, Seek, and LinkedIn. Experience with contractor onboarding, reporting, and scheduling workflows. Knowledge of recruitment processes.
