Reporting directly to the People Culture Manager, this high-volume, fast-paced role will see you managing end-to-end recruitment for a diverse and busy operational workforce. As the sole recruitment specialist on site, you'll be at the heart of our talent pipeline - driving activity, building strong stakeholder relationships, and keeping pace with the constant flow of operational hiring needs. In this role you will be responsible for : Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions Proactively sourcing talent through a range of channels to build strong candidate pools Coordinating and delivering the full end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates engaged throughout Conducting comprehensive pre-employment checks such as references, VEVO verification, medicals, licences, tickets, and qualification validation Managing all aspects of new hire onboarding, from preparing employment contracts to ensuring a seamless first-day experience Building and maintaining talent pipelines across key operational disciplines Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring strong document control practices Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and elevate the overall candidate experience Ensuring all recruitment activities align with HR policies, best practice, and relevant legislation Coordinating exit interviews and supporting offboarding for departing employees Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies to support business needs Collaborating with the wider People Culture team and providing administrative support when required Working collaboratively within the People Culture team and providing administrative support when required And a bit about you Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be Previous experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment or labour hire, ideally within civil, construction, infrastructure, facilities maintenance, or similar operational industries A proven ability to source and secure talent for high-demand operational roles in a competitive market Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage onboarding, compliance, and documentation with accuracy At least 2 years' experience in a similar recruitment role Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Outstanding time management and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfort using a range of computer systems and the ability to quickly pick up new platforms A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to great service Highly organised, results-driven, and motivated to deliver outcomes Able to work autonomously, take ownership, and keep things moving with minimal supervision About CV Since the early s, CV Services Group has been building a legacy that our people are genuinely proud of.
