About the Role We’re on a mission to make mental health and wellness accessible and impactful. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll play a key role in connecting organisations and individuals with solutions that improve mental wellbeing. This is an entry-level role with a mix of outbound prospecting , inbound lead engagement , and an individual sales target . It’s perfect for someone passionate about mental health and eager to build a career in sales. You Will Have Passion for mental health and wellness Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised Previous sales experience - 1-2 years in a similar role Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred) What We Offer Comprehensive training on sales techniques and mental health solutions A clear career path Competitive base salary plus commission A supportive, mission-driven team environment Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Reignite interest from dormant customers and drive re-engagement Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them through the next steps. Lead Qualification: Understand client needs and assess fit for our mental health and wellness programs. Sales Contribution: Manage a portfolio of opportunities and close deals to meet a modest individual target. Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for Leaders and ensure smooth handover. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and account teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
