Senior Finance Business Partner at GSK Melbourne, Victoria, Australia A$160,000.00 - A$180,000.00 About the Role We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide embedded business finance support, drive strategic decision‑making, and deliver financial insights to our Commercial Business Units and Medical teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the implementation of the overall business excellence strategy. Drive business target setting, forecasting processes, and annual brand planning to ensure competitive and agile decision‑making. Design and implement Sales Force Incentive programmes aligned with business objectives. Develop high‑quality business analytics to support strategy implementation, performance management, and decision‑making.

Lead business transformation initiatives by identifying emerging trends, spotting new opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement. Optimize resource allocation, geographic deployment, segmentation, and targeting to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Assess and propose innovative business models to address evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

Qualifications

Experience or exposure to above‑country roles or key enterprise projects, with a focus on global/local strategy development and implementation. Proven success in Business Unit Leadership, particularly in product launches, high‑growth environments, or performance turnarounds. Expertise in digital transformation, AI strategy, and omnichannel customer engagement. Strong commercial acumen and experience in sales force effectiveness, marketing excellence, and business insights.

Exceptional stakeholder management and networking skills, with a track record of building strategic alliances and driving change.
