Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Role Overview As Senior Manager, Campaigns, you will drive business growth within the Defence market, leading campaign planning and execution in partnership with the Senior Director Strategy, Senior Director S&I, Director Growth and Campaigns, and Operational Unit Directors. Responsibilities Identify, schedule, plan and win major capability and upgrade projects in the Defence market aligned to the ADSS strategy. Develop and implement Campaign Plans in alignment with strategic growth vectors and support operational unit growth. Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, quality, governance and compliance functions within the business are properly executed. Engage senior customers to strengthen relationships and pre-empt issues. Build effective relationships with industry partners to win and deliver program work. Model commercial acumen and emotional intelligence in execution of duties. Leverage global KBR technology and solutions into programs where relevant. Undertake delegated duties as required. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in a technical field, business, marketing, or Defence‑relevant domain. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a Defence business focused on growth functions (strategy, business development, capture). Deep understanding of the Australian Defence acquisition and capability lifecycles. Strategic thinking and proven ability to develop business plans, growth strategies and identify new markets. Leadership experience delivering programs, developing commercial solutions, managing risk and financial outcomes. Exceptional networking skills engaging customers, industry partners and academia experts. Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting business cases, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams and partners. Business development, delivery, financial and commercial acumen to win and deliver major contract awards. Critical thinking skills to evaluate opportunities, assess risks and make informed decisions. Australian Government security clearance or ability to obtain one. Desirable MBA or other postgraduate study. P&L or program/project management experience.
