We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders across operations, procurement, and project teams to identify opportunities, analyse business requirements, and deliver high-impact improvements. About the Role As a Business Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in solving complex organisational challenges through data-driven insights and process design. You’ll conduct interviews with key stakeholders, document business requirements, and translate them into practical solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for analysing and improving procurement and ERP-related processes , leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to deliver clear insights and compelling presentations. This role requires flexibility and creative problem-solving to design innovative solutions that optimise workflows, drive process efficiency, and support strategic business objectives. You’ll work closely with senior managers, providing expert recommendations and ensuring that new initiatives deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Conduct stakeholder interviews and present findings to project teams and leadership. Identify and implement process improvements and develop alternative business solutions. Optimise procurement and ERP-related systems and processes to improve accuracy and performance. Prepare data analyses, reports, and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Support project scoping, estimation, and requirements management activities. Facilitate change management and ensure business readiness for new initiatives. Assist with user documentation and training materials. Engage confidently with senior managers and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and outcomes. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the energy, resources, or engineering sector. Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
