Senior Technical and Warranty Support Technician Join a market leader in water solutions and deliver exceptional customer support Davey is seeking a qualified electrician with strong expertise in 3-phase wiring and pump systems to take on a Technical and Warranty Support role. This position is 100% focused on providing technical and warranty support to customers in the field, ensuring timely resolutions and outstanding service. About the Role In this role, you will: Provide on-site technical and warranty support to customers and Master Dealers. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and pump-related issues. Manage warranty cases and ensure compliance with company standards. Deliver technical advice and troubleshooting for installations and repairs. Support commissioning of commercial systems when required. What We’re Looking For Qualified electrician with proven experience in 3-phase wiring. Strong knowledge of pump systems and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field. Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills.
