This full-time hands‑on leadership position will see you working within our City of Perth team. Lead your team of garden maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and exceed our clients’ expectations. Responsibilities Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their skills and safety practices Undertake hands on work including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
